Our restaurant was doing great on the turnover of seats but the take out side and our overall online reputation was just not up to par.. On a recommendation of another vendor in my area who had used her services I contacted her to talk about our goals to increase our online reputation and increase our take out volume. After the first meeting Cecilia identified our weak spots, namely- Our website was not promoting take out, nor had a way to order online nor were the waitress ever suggesting to customers the take out option. The next weak spot she saw right away was we had raving fans but we never suggested or drove them to post the fact online. She set us up with a tablet and custom app that allow customers to leave a review online at the table!! About 4 months after starting the process the net result was Take out was up by 36% and climbing- with about half the volume being placed online in the beautiful website she had made for us. Our online reputation has shoot through the roof as now we have the ability to actively get great reviews in the restaurant. Our net volume is up about 8% which we fully believe is due to our collaboration with Cecilia. The vendor that give me her contact info was actually a b&b and had a similar great experience and increase in revenue. Cecilia is really a great vendor- Period
