I charge for the entire cost of food goods plus any costs needed to secure equipment if needed (outdoor refrigeration, grills/smokers, tents, tables/chairs). Then there is a cost per head based on catering or per hour for personal chef services.

Preparing meals for daily/weekly intervals, grocery shopping, dinner parties, barbecues, menu planning, special events.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who really wants to be doing this, who wants to learn everyday and is willing to take on a challenge without compromising integrity.
