- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to at least 3 caterers. Don't just shop by price. Make sure you compare apples to apples. You may find a caterer with a lower price - but what are they offering? China, HorsD'oeuvre, water service, linens, serving staff, protein size and quality are key questions to ask. You should know what you're paying for.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The amount of work that goes into an event. One 4 hour event takes 3 days minimum to complete. 1 day of prep and set up, the day of event, and 1 day of clean up and organizing the warehouse after.
