- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system, however I tend to charge by the lump sum rather than the hour. This way you know the cost of the job, and it's much easier to apply any discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet with all customers , new and current, to discuss all aspects of your project, before the project starts. I want all jobs to flow like they should to ensure a timely completion. I am always looking to create what you want, your vision!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of hands on experience in most aspects of home remodeling. I have learned from some very good tradesman, and conversely, learned from some bad tradesman. (They taught me things I shouldn't do)I am not good at some things, so I don't do them. A man needs to know, and accept his limitations. I do.
