- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes all the food, my services, and staff if needed. Gratuity and sales tax is added to the final bill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I teach myself new cooking techniques and recipes on a daily basis. I am always looking to learn new tricks and techniques through conversations with other chefs in the industry. I have recently competed on Chopped on Food Network and cooked for a live segment of Good Day NY on Fox.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do are intimate dinners of 2-20, cooking classes, and fundraisers.
