The thing that struck me most as we went through the process was how Milena centered her questions around me, my living patterns, my needs. I had come into it thinking it was a process of “shoulds”—my life should be neater, more organized, I should own less, I should get rid of more. But as we worked together, Milena showed me that the process was about identifying how I use my space and how I enjoy my things, without judgement. Then she deftly helped me to craft an organizational schema that supported my use of the space and my enjoyment of my things. The result has been transformational in literally every aspect of my life.

Milena’s professionalism and ease made the process very easy and comfortable. My walk in closet was cluttered and it now looks very organized. I got rid of things that I did not need without second guessing it. Some of the items provided me with an opportunity to walk down memory lane and she was there to listen and guide. I highly recommend Milena and her approach to organizing.
