Introduction: Hello! I am Nicole Faustini and I am a certified Pilates and yoga instructor and a holistic health coach.
I founded my Pilates studio in 2013 and I have helped so many people feel better, stronger and healthier in their own bodies. I am so passionate about people taking charge of their own self care- we are what we do, eat and think! I am here to help!
I offer one-on-one and small group training on the Pilates apparatus and mat. I also am also a coach and help guide people to find healthier lifestyles that support vitality and personal empowerment.

Nicole is an amazing Pilates instructor! She is very sweet and professional. I feel very comfortable working with her. I am just starting Pilates for the first time in life, Nicole make it so easy and enjoyable. She gives instructions step by step through out the session. My body is getting better in shape! I highly recommend Havenview Pilates & Movement!
