They were able to help us while getting our house ready to sell. They came to replace several bathroom tiles and regrout. Excellent work. They returned to paint my entire garage including an upgraded looking floor. They also painted my kitchen and dining room ceilings. Good working in all these endeavors. Extremely ice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend P. Orellana Renovations highly enough!

We initially hired Elmer to paint our home, and his craftsmanship was so exceptional that we immediately decided to trust him with our entire kitchen renovation. The results are absolutely wonderful, and his attention to detail is top-notch.

Beyond the incredible quality of his work, Elmer is an absolute lifesaver. During the project, we had an emergency where a pipe broke and started flooding water everywhere. We called him in a panic at 8:00 PM, and even though it was well past his working hours, he didn't hesitate to come right over and help us resolve the issue.

It is incredibly rare to find someone who is not only a skilled professional but also genuinely cares about his clients' peace of mind. If you are looking for a dedicated, talented, and reliable team for painting or home renovations, look no further than Elmer and P. Orellana Renovations!

Details: Home • 8+ rooms • Window frames • Doors • Ceiling • Trim • Walls • 10 - 14 feet (high ceiling) • Repainting, with a color change • Fair - minor holes and scratches • The painter • Yes, this is new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself

He did a great job. The value of the work was reasonable. He was not overpriced and delivered earlier than expected. I hired him to close off a wall opening and to install double doors in an opening to close it off and install trim work. The images show the closed off area, doors installed and trim work. We will hire him to come back later to prime and paint as we get others items completed on our list. Thank you

Details: Interior door, like a bedroom or closet door • 1 door • French or double • Wood • No, but the door frame exists • No, I’ll purchase the door myself • Install locks or hardware • Install a door threshold • Install new trim around the door • Home

Elmer was great to work with. The crew was reliable, respectful, and kept the work area organized throughout the project. They communicated well, stayed focused on the job, and made sure the finished product met our expectations. They even added a much needed drain to the front of the garage.

We would highly recommend their construction work to anyone looking for a quality-built garage. We are very pleased with the results and appreciate the excellent job they did from start to finish.
