I called Paul & Sons to remove a partially fallen retaining wall and replace it with a brand new retaining wall. They returned my call quickly and came over to view the project. Paul outlined the plan for removal, and explained what the new wall would look like and how it would be built. His team appeared the next morning and promptly began demolition. By day 2 the new wall was already being constructed. His crew was very professional and quality conscious. By the end of day 2 I was starting to get excited as I could see that the new wall was looking very good. The project was completed on Day 3. The finished wall (see photos) looked terrific. I was given a large choice of colors from which to choose so the wall could be painted. The wall was finished with a nice capstone. After each day, the work area was cleaned up and cordoned off. At the completion of the job, all debris was removed. I should also note that the job included the removal of a large tree and a small tree. What was really nice and very appreciated was that during some down time, one of the crew volunteered to power wash my front patio and walkway which had gone dark with dirt and age. My front patio now looks brand new! The entire experience was smooth and without incident. I look forward to the weather warming up so I can begin planting behind the new wall. I highly recommend Paul & Sons. I couldn't be more pleased.

This company from the beginning to end made it very easy and comfortable to work with. The quality was good, but I was really impressed with the responsiveness. No nonsense came in, went straight to work, and did it well. Kudos to Paul and Son's. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates! We have special programs for clients who do not wish to spend all their money on their home improvement projects. For example, we complete driveways for $200, patios for $250 and sidewalks for $130/ month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a free estimate with the customer. We then provide a free consultation for the scope of work the client wants completed. A price is provided on site. A written estimate is provided to the owner within 24 hours. Once approved, construction starts within 3 days.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company started in the construction industry in 1986.
