- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are usually $50.00 an hour for the both of us to work an event. We do have a bartender on hand if needed. Prices will be adjusted if that occurs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrive at home, hall or office promptly. Dressed neat with gloves for preparing food / drinks. Introduce ourselves and take a tour through the area we will be working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use to have a small chocolate business and did several craft fairs throughout the Long Island area. During this time I was asked to make dessert favors for weddings, birthdays, baby showers etc. My interest in building a waitressing service came from creating the favors for parties.
