- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a total for both helpers, not each individually. We also have a 2 hour minimum policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like working with new customers over the phone as a lot goes into a move. We need to get a list of the items, the job goals, start time, etc. Text works too but takes slightly longer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After being employed as mover a few summers ago, I figured I could create my own business out of the work.
