- What types of customers have you worked with?
I conduct legal research and prepare legal documents to be filed in court. My experience is in civil matters involving landlord/tenant, matrimonial, personal injuries and torts. I have experience in working with both, plaintiffs and defendants (mostly insurance and civil defense). My experience includes drafting pleadings, motions and memoranda, document production and retrieval, scheduling deposition, IME's, etc., and transcription of digital voice files via ftp (web delivery). I have prepared and submitted papers to both, state and federal courts, and have submitted successful motions on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. **Please Note: I am not a lawyer, and am therefore, unable to advise you on the law; I am only able to conduct legal research and prepare the appropriate legal documents that are necessary to advance your litigation. I am not an attorney. I provide assistance to attorneys and pro-se plaintiffs.
