- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard sound & dance floor lighting system is priced on an hourly basis (depending on the size of the audience). Additional lighting, custom monograms & effects can be added a la carte.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will set up a consultation with the customer(s) and event coordinators they are utilizing. We discuss all details of the event, and decide the best music & lighting services that meets their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years of experience providing sound & lighting services for over 2,000 events, I have learned a lot of valuable lessons on how best to perform at a high standard.
