Introduction: I currently work full-time managing a 124-unit apartment complex. I have been doing this for the last 5 years and still going strong.
I am looking to help you with any management needs you may have on a part-time basis.
I can help manage any property(s) that you have. I can collect rent, get tenants (marketing), do books (accounting), make up paperwork like leases, and serve notices to tenants. I also do property inspections.
I can do landscaping/mowing also.
