- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every tree is different and that is true of the removal or trimming as well. Prices in this industry vary considerably. We pride ourselves on being able to find the best solution for your needs and budget. We do our best to give you value, and hope you feel considered throughout the entire process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To try to establish what there goal is for there trees, and help to make it happen. We'll speak for the tree in cases where it's preservation may not have been considered, as once its been removed its permanent. We try to make each job custom for the homeowner to best suit there needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the tree industry for going on 7 years now. Before that I grew up on our family's feedlot in central California. My childhood till now I've been working with heavy machinery and my hands. I've put together a crew of hardworking individuals who also are eager to put in an honest days work.
