Worst service that I ever hired for my son.First off she was late to the job. After paying her for two hours just to clean my kitchen it was still dirty; food on the counter, the floors are not clean, inside of the microwave oven half wiped down. Do not hire this person at all.

Hi Marry Rose. My apologies. We enjoy doing everything possible to be sure each client is pleased with our professionalism, as well as our quality of work. As you can see by our other ratings, this is not the norm, and I would be happy to compensate in any way possible. I admit my schedule can get hectic between Cleanings, while I'm working hard to be sure each client is happy with our services, traveling to do free in home estimates, giving free phone consults, doing most of the work, and managing my assistant's work, myself. I apologize that with two of us, my assistant, and I actually Cleaned for your son for four man hours, but the quality of work did not meet expectations. As I enjoy explaining, prior to beginning any job, sometimes if initial organizing may be needed, or if it may have been a longer timeframe since a home was able to be maintained, two or more Cleaning sessions might be needed to complete a quality job properly. Thank you so much for your feedback.

To whom it concerns, we enjoy informing each Client of everything that is involved with keeping their Homes looking amazing. Having received my training while working for a larger Residential Cleaning Organization, it is currently my honor to be Rated as a Five Star Cleaning Company (as seen on thumbtack.com). After eight years of experience, it has been my pleasure serving nearly every walk of life. Our Initial Deep Cleaning for frequented areas of the Home is often recommended, so that all areas of concern are properly maintained within reasonable time frames, subsequent to Initial Deeper Cleanings, which can be more involved than Maintenance Cleanings. To maintain any budgetary concerns, as a smaller and more personal Cleaning Company with integrity, it is my utmost concern to provide the highest possible quality results for my Clients. We can also be as flexible as rotating Initial Deep Cleanings to a few rooms per Cleaning Session, if needed, in order to provide you with a wise, affordable, and optimally effective outcome for your Home. While Cleaning Companies may charge a high Flat Fee for Initial Cleanings, and may or may not provide an according quality, our Rates are based on Hourly time frames to provide the best possible quality you will find. On a more personal note, I send this information along with a List of everything that is included in our Services to each Client that we have the honor of working with. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my initial Professional Residential Cleaning Training while working for a larger Residential Cleaning Corporation. I have 8 Years of experience in Residential Cleaning on my own, and it is my honor be Rated as a Five Star Cleaning Company, as seen on thumbtack.com.
