Introduction: Congratulations on your decision to hire a personal trainer!! This is the best time to stay safe at home, by training one on one. MY VERIFIED CERTIFICATIONS ARE PROVIDED BELOW. I have been certified for 25 years! Many of us have gained weight due to being inactive during this covid crisis, and eating more at home. It is time to lose that weight. Whether you are an inactive person trying to become active again, or just deciding now is the time to get fit, I can help! I am not intimidating, and am fully vaccinated. I work maintaining social distancing, wear a KN95 mask, and gloves. You can choose to wear a mask or not. Any equipment you use, will only be used by you that day, and will be disinfected when I return home. We will work together to meet your health and fitness goals. I can provide you with a total body, health and wellness program. The increased energy you'll get from working out and nutritionally charging your life will astound you. My nutrition and medical education plus healthcare background provide me with the unique knowledge to provide safe, effective, FUN, workouts. Your workouts will be convenient, personalized, and creative. You'll be surprised that you never do the same workout 2x. I GET RESULTS! I will travel to your home, office, limited access condo gym, park or other setting of your choice, Monday-Friday mornings- afternoons. I Do Not work evenings and Sat or Sun. My last appointment is at 4 pm. I bring all the fun and effective equipment you will need to have a great workout. You will have the highest quality of service. I am a former hospital dietitian, former medical assistant, have a B.S. in Dietetics and Nutrition and am a certified personal trainer. I also am certified as a covid contact tracer for NY State.. I also can counsel you about vitamins and supplements, and help you review and interpret blood work /medical test results. Anti-aging is one of my specialties. I can help you increase your energy, flexibility, and feel better about yourself. I have a lot of success with weight loss. I understand the roadblocks to weight loss success. I will incorporate some things from fitness trends in workouts, but will not include anything I know will potentially cause future injury. My more than 25 years of experience regarding what causes injury are extremely valuable. Motivating clients to stick with a program is my greatest strength. I constantly change types of workouts to prevent boredom and for clients to stay motivated. Most of my clients stay with me for life, or until they move out of NY. I get most clients by word of mouth. I can provide phone numbers of current clients for more recommendations. Fitness, health and wellness are my passion. I love going to work every day. I truly love helping people achieve their health, nutrition and fitness goals. I am not intimidating, and can help you create realistic, achievable goals, while motivating you to exercise and make healthy decisions.
