FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is for one hour of personal training, nutrition counseling, or health counseling. The hour can consist of just one of my services or all 3. I try to make it as affordable as possible for you to encourage your compliance. If you train with a friend who is at the same fitness level, you can pay just $25 more and share the cost with them. I ask that you prepay for 6 sessions at a time to encourage your commitment. I charge $65 an hour for one person.. Of course you can just pay for the first session at that time. If you prepay for 10 sessions I will charge only $65 an hour. Cancellations require a full 24 hours notice or you lose the session. I am very flexible as to days and times. I work 5 days a week, including mornings and afternoons. I do NOT work weekends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would do a complete accessment of your health and fitness history; identify your goals and discuss what you're willing to do to achieve them.We will set small achievable goals in the beginning. We'll do a fitness and dietary assessment and design a personalized nutrition and weight loss program as well as a customized exercise program that you enjoy and can stick to. I will go through your kitchen with you in an effort to find what you may be doing wrong and are unaware of. We will discuss other ways of cooking , or preparing meals and snacks ahead of time to keep you on track. Grocery lists will be created to make sure you have everything you need to succeed. I bring everything we need to workout to you! We can workout outside socially distant, or inside, socially distant, if you prefer. We don't need a lot of room.
