Augustine did an outstanding job repairing my AC. The process was seamless and handled with a high level of professionalism. We had a relatively small HVAC maintenance problem with a plugged AC condensate line but causing a big problem with water leakage downstairs to my neighbor. My tenant stayed home from work to enable access to the condo and then, the HVAC service company I had scheduled cancelled. I was able to find, schedule and use Royal Comfort to fix the problem on the same day! They were competent, professional and very timely.

New handler and condenser. They came out measured sq ft etc to double check my size needed (tonnage). Offered to options with difference in seer ratings. I made my decision with no pressure gave half for deposit after signing contract. Day of install they showed up on time were professional, tidy, and finished in about 8 hours. They checked for leaks, pressure test and installed a new nest for me. New ac is running great. This review may be a bit early but so far so good. Hope it’ll stay that way!
