Our experience with Balabanov repair has been very positive. Our ice maker broke - he came by to replace ice maker parts but it still didn't work. He had to come by a couple of times to fix the underlying issue but pleased to note it is working now. Strongly recommend!

He fixed my refrigerator which wasn’t blowing cold air because the vents were frozen over, he explained everything so happy I don’t need a new refrigerator. My oven stopped working the other night, and I was hoping to get it repaired vs. shopping for a new range so close to the Thanksgiving holiday. Dimitry answered my inquiry promptly and was able to come to my home on the same day to assess/repair. He did a great job - it was not easy to access the part that required replacing (igniter), and as luck would have it, he had a replacement part with him that he could install. I would definitely recommend working with Dimitry for appliance installation and repair. He is now in my book of reliable, professional and knowledgeable contractors. Thanksgiving is saved!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive a lead, arrange about time of appointment with the customer, then do an inspection, if I can fix it on the spot, I will fix it, if a replacement part is needed, I will send an estimate within 3 days, if the customer approved, I make a new appointment and complete the repair.
