- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know they are fair, honest, and you get what you pay for. Always hard to estimate a job online, but if it seems high don’t worry I’ll always be fair at the end
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, become acquainted, tell them a little about myself and show them I can do what needs to be done
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
