Dennis was absolutely terrific. He installed a wall to wall bedroom carpet and a set of stairs. First, he was very responsive. He understood the scope of the job. That was extremely important to me. I had an immediate good feeling about his competence and professionalism He arrived on time and worked efficiently. He even picked up the carpets for me. He did a superb job. Very pleasant and personable. Would highly recommend him.

I had Vance carpets install new carpet on my staircase. From the start of talking with them to the end of the job I was impressed the whole process. From the moment I spoke to Vance I knew he was a professional with years if experience. Vance arrived exactly as scheduled, was super nice to work with, took care of our carpet repair issues in less than 1 hour and charged a very reasonable rate compared to having to replace the entire carpet.
