A trainer should look their part, I keep myself in the best shape possible and take pride in helping others achieve their fitness goals.

I was a skinny, un-athletic and uncoordinated kid. Through weight training I was able to increase not only my athleticism, but my confidence on the field and in life. The better your movement is, the healthier your nutrition is, the better your quality of life is, Guaranteed!
