Alyta was lovely! She made the experience more than just a mechanical yoga practice. She was very friendly, engaging, and soothing. She incorporated meditation into the practice, which was exactly what I needed.

As a gay couple in a conservative county, at the time marriage equality was just signed into national law, we were lost in terms of finding someone to officiate at our wedding. Luckily, we had met Alyta on previous occasions, and chose her. We wanted a ceremony that was not overtly religious, and worked with her on a script to our mutual liking. She was on time, gracious, polite, very comfortable handling the ceremony, and her cost was reasonable and fair. We have great memories of our day, and highly recommend her to couples of all stripes.

Rev Alyta married my wife & I twice actually, once in an indoor small wedding in the winter and then again in an outdoor big party type wedding the following summer. Each time, she did a wonderful job with wording & ceremonies that were inspiring, spiritual, heart felt and sincere. Both ceremonies were different and geared for the setting and occation. She made the process & planning of the wedding ceremonies easy, clear and fun. We strongly recommend Rev. Alyta for your wedding ceremony needs and any type occasion where a spiritual guide is needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $150.00 plus travel expenses, if I travel to the couple's venue. Fee is paid 1/2 at signing of contract, 1/2 before wedding on the day of.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone conversation 2. Wedding contract signed 3. Pre-wedding meeting 4. Ceremony written, revised until confirmed by wedding couple... 5. Attend wedding rehearsal 6. Perform wedding ceremony
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i graduated and was ordained at One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in New York City in 2004, after a 2 year seminary training. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), 2nd degree Usui Reiki practitioner, Member at Unity of Sussex County, and take spiritual workshops regularly. I believe every couple deserves the wedding of their dreams
