James came when he said he would, fixed it so that all our office and warehouse phones are working with all lines, and did it neatly and efficiently. And the price was very fair. Nice person - good work - we would definitely recommend him.

We were moving into new offices in Manhattan and needed a phone system installed before our first day. James was really helpful and actually loaned us a unit while we waited on delivery of ours. He then installed our system and it's all up and running. Great service.
