- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't hire caterers or order from restaurants. They will buy frozen foods from vendors like Sysco, thaw, reheat and serve the food to you as their own. Their goal is to spend as little time and money as possible. Find someone who has a true passion for food and takes pride in their work and beliefs.
