Eric was the first to call me. He arrived around 10:30 am when I put in the urgent request around 8:30. He was professional, very knowledgeable and practical with his decision making. Not only did he fix the problem he fixed another door which also needed some tender loving care. I would 1000% recommend him

Eric did a great job and went above and beyond our expectations. Our front door deadbolt was sticking/unable to close without extra effort, and he was able to repair it so it opens and closes flawlessly. On another door, the knob had deteriorated to a state of un-usability, and the deadbolt was also in rough shape. He replaced the doorknob, took out the deadbolt and covered the hole with an aesthetic plate, and installed a new deadbolt higher on the door. We couldn't be happier with the work, and would highly recommend.
