My locksmith was Dee and he was fantastic. He immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it in no time, and left my Simplex combination lock actually better than he found it (it used to take some muscle power to turn, not is turns smoothly and without effort). He even cleaned up after himself. A true professional and expert.
