Words cannot describe how happy I was with Chris Anthony's performance at my Halloween party last weekend. He is a truly professional and an exceptional entertainer. My guests and I were amazed by his slight of hand, mentalist capabilities, and captivating magic tricks. He entertained a party of 15 adults and 10 children keeping us all in awe throughout the whole performance. There isn't a question in my mind whether I would recommend Chris for any occasion. His prices are extremely reasonable and his performance was outstanding, not sure if anyone could ask for anything more. If you asked me to critique anything about him or his performance, I would honestly be in a loss for words. Thank you Chris, you made the party!!

I am the owner and event planner for Say Soirée, and I hired Chris Anthony to work his magic at a surprise 60th birthday party. After careful review of his website and videos, and chatting with Chris on the phone, I felt very comfortable that he was the best choice for this event. From the moment he arrived I was impressed with everything about him. His professional appearance, easy-going personality, promptness, and ready-to-go attitude quickly let me know I had hired the right person. But when he started entertaining, his talent and skills are what blew everyone away! He was the highlight of the evening and guests are still asking, "How did he do that?" I have no doubt we will work together again, because Chris is now on my preferred list. I highly recommend him.

Words can't describe the effectiveness of Chris Anthony's talent and charisma. I hired him to help me create a surprise marriage proposal for my girlfriend. Despite last minute arrangements, he was more than accommodating and went out of his way to be at Prospect Park at a specific time and location. As I casually walked over with my girlfriend to watch him perform cool tricks for the public, he involved us in some of his tricks that ended with the engagement ring magically appearing in her hand. I couldn't have imagined a better performance for creating a priceless memory. His rates are an unbelievable bargain also. Just check out the short YouTube video titled "Orlando and Denise's Magic Moment" since it captures it all and gives a better sense of the experience that words can't describe.

Chris Anthony performed for my Son's Bar Mitzvah last Saturday, 12-13-14 in New York City. He was the consummate professional from beginning to end. He was quick to respond to my email when I first contacted him and thereafter. He arrived at the venue right on time and needed no help on getting our guests into the party spirit! My son was absolutely blown away by him and his act. Having to perform in front of kids, especially NYC kids who do the "Bar Mitzvah circuit" can be daunting as some kids can have an attitude of "been there, seen that", but not with Chris. All my son's friends had eyes as big as saucers and were yelling out "Whoa" and "Awesome" constantly. Same with the adults! I had a number of friends come up to me at the end of the party to say they had asked for his card as they would like to use him or know of friends who would be thrilled to hear about him. What I think most impressed me about Chris was that he has a wonderful way with people, a lovely personality yet never overstayed his time with anyone, which only made us all wanting more! If you're thinking of hiring Chris for an event, from my experience, he made a wonderful day truly magical, (excuse the pun!), and it will be a decision you will not regret!!

If we could sum up Chriss performance in one word, it would be very simple.AMAZING! We hired Chris to perform up close magic at our wedding for our guests, and boy did he deliver. Our wedding took place in Philadelphia, and despite the distance for Chris, he was extremely flexible, timely and well prepared. When we first decided we wanted to have a magician come in, we spent a lot of time researching, reading reviews, watching videos and actually meeting a few in person. However, when I found Chriss website and watched a few of his videos, I knew he would be the perfect fit our guests. While we didnt have a chance to meet before the day of the wedding, Chris was always available by phone/email if I had any questions. On top of looking for someone who was a skilled magician, we wanted someone with an engaging personality who could interact and joke around with the guests and Chris really delivered on that as well. We didn't know we were getting a comedian on top of a skilled magician! We originally booked Chris just for the cocktail hour, then a week before asked he if would stay for an additional two hours after the cocktail hour (during dinner/dessert) and by the end of the night we had him stay an additional hour on top of that b/c everybody was raving about him. As for the magic, it was top notch and the variety was absolutely amazing. We had a big breakfast the morning after the reception and it seemed like every person we talked to had a different trick performed on them, and all were equally dumbfounded by how he did each one. He even had a few special tricks that were personalized for the bride and groom. For anyone looking for something fun/unique at a wedding (or any event for that matter), look no further than Chris Anthony. My pricing is based on what the customer is looking for. For instance, if the customer is looking for close-up, walk-around magic, and for how many hours, base on the size of their event. Maybe they are looking for stand-up show, where I perform for everyone. Sometime they want both at the same event, so my shows and prices are customized to give the customer what they are looking for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the customer requests a quote, I will send them a bid based on the information that they provided. If they like my profile, and think that I would be a good fit for their event, they will contact me, and I will work with the to help provide the entertainment that they are looking for. We will work out all of the details, and I will help they make their event a success!
