Introduction: I am an experienced massage therapist providing clients with stress relief, pain reduction, relaxation, and increased flexibility and circulation. I offer 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions. The type of work I do is a blend of techniques which include Swedish, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Work, Orthopedic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Reflexology. I also offer Ashiatsu Deep Feet Bar Therapy. This technique utilizes parallel bars on the ceiling for balance and leverage as I use my feet to deliver the massage. This technique is perfect for the person who prefers deeper bodywork.
