Introduction: We provide, along with product knowledge classes, cooking classes and team building events for 12 to 24 students in one of our five "live" demonstration kitchens. Classes are tailored to the participant's needs and requests, and are priced accordingly. Classes can be "hands-on" or "learn and dine". We strive to make the classes interesting, creative, and attainable to all levels of proficiency. The operating word in our kitchens is fun, and all classes are based on an informal and relaxed atmosphere. With over 35 years experience in the food service industry, our Chef, Jehan S de Noüe, has been described as "extremely approachable" in review from local press. All attendees are served the meals prepared in each session, so it is highly recommended that everyone comes to the event hungry and thirsty!
