I'm gonna be completely honest. I knew I needed an exterminator, I just didn't know how bad. Nations pest came out and not only did he go over the house and looked up points of interest where these mice would come out but he had the patience to sit with me as I cleaned out certain places where they were hiding. He went to work closing entry points and setting up traps. Not even 24hours later I found 4 traps with mice in them. I will be a returning costumer for sure 100%

James showed up ready to find the source of the problem, and worked out approaches to limit damage to the property to remove a large wasp nest. James communicated through the removal and gave options on how to best remediate. Definitely one of the best experiences in Thumbtack in a long while
