DO NOT HIRE this company. They cut out a section of my roof and RUINED it. That created a problem with waterflow straight into the backyard drain that repeatedly flooded the downstairs apartment. They did not send me a proper contract and demanded payment in full before the work started. Then they refused to complete finishing touches of the job because they wanted me to write them a good google review first. Their warranty is useless. I trusted them because my neighbor said they were great. What they did was great for my neighbor, stopping a leak between our adjoining row houses, but not for me. I had to hire another company to correct the problems, and at great expense. Nightmare.
