What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic fee covers the e-filing of Form 1040 and 1 state return. Other schedules are an additional cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We begin the process by having a consultation to discuss the scope of the work needed. 2. A quote for the service is provided. 3. Upon acceptance by the client they will be invited to my secure online client portal where all client files are uploaded for my review. 4. Work is performed and upon completion draft is uploaded for client to review. 5. When finalized a follow up call/video chat can be schedule to review the final product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my bachelors degree from Baruch College and I’m a Certified Public Accountant registered in the state of NY. Annually I am required to take continuing education classes to keep my license active and to stay updated on the constantly changing tax laws and accounting standards.
