I got so skeptical that when I called Rigo, I was fully prepared to throw away BOTH tankless water heaters (2 years old). Not only did Rigo show up on time, he accommodated my tenants and showing AFTER hours. He took one look and told me they were both installed properly, but missing some crucial parts for proper maintenance. He calibrated the tank and quickly ordered the parts and installed in less than a week. I am impressed with his hard work, expertise and most of all appreciate his honesty. Now, both my tanks are in working order and my tenants are happy. Thanks Rigo."See more
