My passion to cook came from my Italian Mother. I remember when I was 6, I would just sit and watch; soaking in as much information as I could grasp. Listening to all of her stories and tricks on how you know the perfect moment that something was done. Her dishes were old school Italian, passed on down from generation to generation. From this I have always wanted to not change but inspire my self for new ways of doing the old school dishes
