- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on how many hours are needed for the event. The basic package includes just about everything you need to make your event an exciting one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we send out a quote to the customer and describe a little about myself and what I have to offer. If the customer expresses interest then we answer any questions that they may have at that point. Then I will set up a meeting with the customer and explain to them everything in detail and what to expect when it comes to their special occasion. If I am hired for the occasion, I make sure the customer has everything they need to make the occasion is a special one.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love music and wanted to run my own business. So, in 2001 I slowly bought everything I needed to get started. In May 2001 I did my first event at a high school.
