Introduction: Our officiants custom design each ceremony with our clients. Our clients have the last say as to what the ceremony wording with be. We encourage our couples to add in any cultural ceremonies that they feel represents them as a couple. Our officiants arrive one hour prior to the ceremony to ensure a timely start.
Our planners go above and beyond when working with our couples in making their dream wedding a reality.
Our officiants love meeting new people and sharing with them the most beautiful moment as a couple. We meet with the families and friends and really get involved in answering questions and enjoying the day with them.
The planners love taking a blank slate and turning it into what the couple has envisioned.

I was referred to Jeanne at Hudson Valley Ceremonies through a friend who used Jeanne as a wedding planner. I hired Jeanne to coordinate our wedding and she went absolutely above and beyond. We just love her and feel like she was a member of the family by the big day. She helped us with invites, getting us whole sale prices, totally got our design esthetic, did all of the flowers for us (they were amazing, vibrant and perfect for our organic farm wedding), she helped with deliveries, rentals, random questions like how much to tip. She was there for the run throughs and the morning of to make sure I was okay. She was responsive through email at all times and took care of every little thing so I didn't have to stress. I had a call with her about 2 weeks before the wedding to just review everything and afterwards I realized I had nothing to worry about it was all in good hands. She helped us with a make your own Photo Booth, let us use her jars for table decors, had wedding signs, did place cards and hung twine to display them on, had table runners, had a projector and so much more that she just let us use. It saved so much on rental fees. She also knew exactly what we needed to rent so we could stay on budget and have what we needed for the site. She coordinated with the band and reception venue for me and just made the day of absolutely perfect by helping us stay on track with timing and getting everything set up. I couldn't recommend her more and I will recommend Jeanne and her team to everyone I know who is getting married!

I got married in the Catskills on July 12th and I cannot rave enough about Jeanne Stark, owner of Hudson Valley Ceremonies, and our day of coordinator. I booked her services a year out, and we kept in contact throughout that period of time through email. During this time, she was very responsive to all of our questions and introduced us to potential caterers and rental companies--all the vendors we asked for help with obtaining.
We booked her services for day of coordinator including the rehearsal. She was so helpful and took care of all the loose ends that we forgot about, like picking up ice, coffee, and helped us put the finishing touches on the decorations for our venue. She brought so much of her own equipment such as an arch for the backdrop of our ceremony, bistro lights for the reception, cupcake stands and so much more. Beyond all this she was calm, funny, and got all my family to help out. She even laughed at my not-so-funny anxious bride jokes.
I would recommend Hudson Valley Ceremonies and Jeanne Stark wholeheartedly and without reservation for wedding coordination services. She really made our event stress-free and was a pleasure though the entire process.

Jeanne Stark is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The second I spoke to Jeanne over the phone I knew I needed her to help me out for my wedding weekend. I had about 9 months to plan a wedding that was about two hours away from my home. I hired Jeanne to help with the execution of the weekend. Her energy is so calming and she ALWAYS has a smile on her face. Nothing is ever "too much" to her, she handles everything with ease. When Jeanne tells you she will be somewhere at a certain time, she is ALWAYS there at that time. She was never late, and I was always able to email her, call her, or text her. By the end of the weekend, Jeanne felt like family and I just LOVED working with her. We could not have done it without Jeanne, I wish I had another party to plan just so I can work with her!!!- she is the BEST!!!!
We cannot thank her enough, she played a huge role in our wedding and we would recommend her to everyone!!!

Hiring Jeanne for rehearsal and day of coordination was the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. We got married on a Saturday at Basilica Hudson, a venue very familiar to Jeanne! From the very first contact with her she was amazingly helpful and willing! She was easy to plan with through email, phone and in person meetings. Having her on your side is enough to get your money worth but she also has a great deal of product for rent that made my life just that much easier!
She was open to all of my quirky ideas and welcomed them with a warm smile. The rehearsal was very well organized and helped to make the day of a breeze. Jeanne was welcoming to my guests and helped all 150 guests with anything they needed. She was there for us throughout the weekend and ensured I knew that I could text or call her at any time throughout the weekend to ease any nerves I had!
I could not give a higher recommendation for Jeanne and the Hudson valley ceremonies services. I am extremely grateful to her for the highest level of dedication I have seen in a vendor. Great Work!

Hudson Valley Ceremonies and Jeanne Stark were hired for two of my bridesmaids weddings, so when it came time for my own wedding, it was a no brainer. For our wedding Jeanne was responsible for recommending many of our final vendors, the printing and mailing of our invites and place cards, flower preparation and arrangement and lastly, day of coordination.
We met with Jeanne three times before the wedding. First, to talk business and secure her for our date. Second, to pick out invites, which we did through her Carlson Craft partnership. And third to review the venue and talk flower arrangements. We were also constantly in touch via email as Jeanne was a terrific source of information and vendor recommendations. She unfortunately couldnt make our rehearsal, but the day of she was there bright and early to set up flowers, place cards, programs, etc. and assist the on-site staff with vendors and other day of coordination responsibilities.
In the end my husband and I were very happy with our decision to hire Hudson Valley Ceremonies. They are incredibly affordable and will save you lots of additional costs along the way if you make full use of their services. Jeanne is also an incredibly calming presence on the day of. They have our stamp of approval!
