If I could leave no stars for this company I would. They sent a tech over to see the job and give me an estimate. He looked everything over, told me the gist of his plan and said he'd have an estimate to me in an hour or two. I was optimistic! I received an estimate about 4 hours later which was totally fine and again, I was optimistic. I scheduled the appointment for the following Friday. In speaking with my husband about the job he mentioned that we need assurances that ProMaster's idea was not going to result in a blown fuses/overloaded thermostat wiring. I called the tech to ask this question and apparently at this point he realized that his initial idea would blow a fuse so he needs to approach it with different materials which are more costly. Wait, what just happened? Am I to think he was going to install a set-up that was going to blow thru fuses until I asked about it or that it was some sort of bait and switch? I have no idea. All I know is that the day before they were scheduled to come their price increased 50%. I called to discuss this and just got a lot of, "can I get back to you within the hour"...and then hours later the call came with no solution other than pay the new cost or we won't do the job. I would not trust this company.

One of the most easy going and smoothest experiences I have ever had. I had a big leak on my 5 ton unit which I have tried to get fixed for over 2 years now. I dealt with 3 other companies before reaching out to ProMasters HVAC, and Im glad I came across their knowledge and expertise in the field. The day I called them , I was a little skeptical because I figured if the 3 other companies I was dealing within the 2 years couldnt fix my problem , could they ?! I was shocked to see them come in 2 hours after I called , diagnose the whole unit, and find the problem within the hour. They waived the diagnose fee ($150) for me after they heard my ordeal with the other companies in the past. They told me they would need to order a few parts and come back same day and resolve my 2 year problem. Wow wow wow , if we are talking professionalisms , these guy are masters at what they do. They came with the parts necessary, and they started working on the unit immediately, and after 3 hrs I can finally enjoy my air conditioning with my family. Thank you kindly for your service and dedication. Superb work gentlemen .

I am a restaurant owner catering 100's of customers a day, and I had 3 faulty units that were over 15 years old and needed changing. It was the peak of the summer and I started losing work flow due to the uncomfortable humidity at my place. Prior to calling ProMasters HVAC Mechanical , I had 2 other companies come out and charge me an arm and a leg for charging the units with freon when in reality all 3 units had major leaks. Charged all the units with gas and after a week i was going through the same results, and my business was crumbling, i felt helpless.Decided to give ProMasters a call , give it another chance and to get another opinion how I can save my business. Before the technicians came to diagnose the issues I was going through , I had a great feeling and felt optimistic just by speaking to the customer service representative Sarah. The other (2) companies I used prior to ProMasters were very rude on the phone, full of attitude, and didn't seem to care about my situation. Anton & Nick were the two HVAC Technicians dispatched to do the diagnose and assessment , and they did not disappoint ! It took them about 2 hours to diagnose all 3 units , checked all electrical and technical components and were able to tell me right away that I had 7 major leaks in the 3 units and the last thing i should of done was charge them with freon. They left and told me I would have an estimate and a detail project breakdown of the solution within 24hrs. Sarah emailed me first thing the next morning as the technicians advised. I changed all my 3 units as they advised me, got a very good deal on the equipment and labor, being that they understood my situation. The job was completed mid June but I waited until now to leave the review because I wanted to see if the units were still going to be functional. ProMasters HVAC Mechanical saved my business, I am very thankful for giving them an opportunity to turn my mindset and world around. Always welcomed to eat at my place, tab is on me.
