I have had the pleasure of working with Kevin as my personal trainer for almost two months now and, in that time, I've made tremendous growth under his guidance and supervision. In just a short amount of time, I've noticed positive differences regarding my physical appearance (arms, traps, and abs to name a few!) and growth concerning my mobility and flexibility. Having Kevin as a trainer has improved my comfortability with working out and, for the first time ever, I've started to develop a positive relationship with exercise and nutrition. I appreciate that Kevin truly challenges me during every workout, but also genuinely takes the time to check in with me about how I'm feeling; especially since I have asthma and lower back issues. Kevin holds me accountable (something I need!), but has always made me feel comfortable, safe, and welcome (feelings I've never connected or associated with exercise and/or the gym). Knowing that I can workout around someone without feeling judged, ashamed, or embarrassed is such a relief to me as a beginner. Kevin is also available outside of each session to share his wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition with you. Having an accessible and available lifeline has been super beneficial as I learn. Kevin has helped me with my overall fitness, wellness, and nutrition goals, but has also done wonders for my confidence and self-efficacy. Already in two months, I've never felt better about myself. In the two and a half months I’ve been training with Kevin, I lost 16lbs (without even feeling it) and am in the best shape of my life! Kevin is the most exceptional trainer; he meets you where you are, modifies mid-stride as needed, always keeps you challenged and ensures you end up accomplishing WAY more than you could have imagined. He's sensitive to your needs and yet always pushes you hard. I've already learned so much from his training - as a runner for the past ten years, he's already made me better and lifted my game in that arena, let alone the work he's introduced me to in other training practices. Kevin was absolutely fantastic. During the pandemic when I couldn't go to the gym he gave me at home workouts specifically tailored to me and checked in with me daily. tracked my diet and continuously supported my goals and actions and kept me motivated to continue. He did not belittle or condescend as some trainers have used to get a response from trainees. Instead Kevin pushes you to do what you can and does not try to kill you with work outs and doesn't get upset if youre unable to complete the whole work out as long as he knows you did maximum effort. I have nothing bad to say about Kevin, I dropped 13lbs in 2 weeks while training with him and I couldn't ask for better.Jun 17, 2020
