I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Charity. I was excited to work with her after viewing the quality of her photos on her website. She set me up with an ideal look (in terms of wardrobe) which I found consistent with the latest trends. Upon the day of the shoot, Charity, was welcoming, professional and engaging. I found myself laughing alot during the set which made the experience worthwhile. At my request, she provided a makeup artist on set. The quality of the make up artist was as consistent as the quality of the photos taken with Charity. The shoot lasted a little longer than I expected. Although I must say, I found the length of time spent on the shoot advantageous. Because of the nature of the shoot, the package I added later on, and a minor issue with paypal, the photos took a little longer than the usual turnaround time (Turnaround time is 24-48 hours I think?) In any case, I am pleased with the overall outcome. I am pleased with my experience and I am pleased to have found the reviews of others on this website helpful in choosing the right photographer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on what my client needs. Every project and person is different; I give individual quotes once I know what we'll be created.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very quick to respond and give quotes. I stay organized and communicative in solving all my client's needs. Once the shoot has commenced, I have an average turn around time of 3-5 days for final edits. I deliver all imagery through a digital download!
