- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service Fee: $102.00+tax Discounts are typically seasonal, but can also be considered for scheduling multiple equipment maintenances at once. 5% Veterans and First Responder Discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive a call or message from a new client, we will gather contact information and basic heating/cooling equipment information. We will then schedule service or maintenance with the customer and regardless of the issue, we will ALWAYS conduct a basic service checklist to ensure there are not any secondary problems. Ex: If we arrived and simply find that the thermostat batteries are dead, we will still conduct a basic service checklist on the current operating equipment to ensure the unit is working properly and safely. After service is completed, we will collect payment at the time of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience servicing and installing almost every piece of heating and air conditioning equipment. EPA Universal Certified TracPipe Certified Isaac Technical Education Center -Gas Heating -Hydronics -Air Conditioning/Heat Pumps
