Silvia had represented me a few times over the past few years ranging from (alleged) drug crimes to felony level offenses. Silvia not only stayed in constant communication with me during the proceedings she was able to arrive at resolutions that were fair and balanced. I honestly do not believe that anyone could have worked harder or arrived at better end results. She not only went above and beyond fighting for my defense she did it for an extremely reasonable price. It truly was bargain pricing with top floor defense. She is personable and understanding while at the same time carrying an extremely strong understanding of not only the law but the legal practices of the courts she is working within and the officers of the court as well. She is my only criminal defense attorney in the county now and she has earned that position with fierce tenacity and a skilled approach to her work. If this sounds like an advertisement that is because it is. I would be dishonest to say that she is anything other than the best criminal defense attorney I have ever retained.

Silvia represented me on multiple charges and a probation violation I received subsequently from the charges. Silvia was able to obtain a very favorable plea bargain on my behalf and get my probation restored without any jail time. My experience working with Silvia Lopez was outstanding. She is a hard working, professional, caring attorney. I had multiple charges against me and looking at potential prison time. Believe me when I say, I am no hard criminal. I was an active alcoholic and had been struggling for years with it. Silvia not only helped me through the legal system, but got me into treatment and treatment court, which has since changed my life. She was caring and understanding with me and my father, and aggressive and determined in the court room to get me the help I needed rather than punishment for having a disease I so desperately needed help with. I am proud to say I am doing fantastic today, court is over with a big win and I am still sober to this day 10 months later! I recommend her to everyone in need of an attorney. Sylvia represented my son's misdemeanor case. She was fair, honest and made sure we understood what was going to happen at he proceedings. I did some prelim research and had a good idea the position we were in and the options we would have. Other lawyers that responded to me sounded as if they were trying to scare us with the possibility of more severe results and were going to charge higher for it. I trusted Sylvia right from the beginning because she explained reality and charged fairly. She also followed thru and our outcome at court was exactly what we expected. Hopefully we are never in the position to need her services again but if we are, I would definitely hire her!
