- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have some standard pricing, but we need to gather additional information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather information about the customers needs, expectations, and residence specifications. Then we come up with options that we feel best fit the customers scope and budget. Once those are specified we submit a quote. If the customer is happy with the options provided and decides to move forward we collect a down payment and schedule the system install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ combined years of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, & Mechanical system experience. EPA Certified.
