Introduction
My service stands out because I've been a professional teacher, guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, Grammy member, international recording Artist, producer, & performer for decades. I specialize in beginning & intermediate students from 6yrs to 65+yrs. I truly enjoy what I do, with patience & excitement at watching my students grow in whatever style they enjoy! Scheduling is always flexible because teaching is my priority right now. I bring a hands on approach to my instruction playing with the Students. I teach theory if desired. I also give Students real life onstage & recording experience if you live locally. So you can see & actually feel what it's like to be a professional performer playing songs you choose & love, on a live stage. For non local Students You can participate in online video creation! We often do our recitals on real stages at the family friendly House of Guitars in Rochester,NY. Recitals & video creation are of course totally optional, and carefully nurtured and supported in every way. My original music receives global airplay and I've been a Grammy member, with several projects that were up for consideration over the last decade. * “ Black on Blue “ (written by Bernie Taupin) For consideration Grammy 2016 * “ It's All About Money" 55th GRAMMY Awards consideration for "Best Video'' ** For consideration ''Best New Artist" in the 54th Grammy Awards . ... and much more on my website I've also been awarded “Producers Choice Award for Best Female Rock Musician ” from the Los Angeles Music Awards, and was dubbed “ Rochester’s Queen of Blues Rock” by Rochester NY’s “ Freetime Magazine” . " I get CD's from many major blues labels on a regular basis. Also Americana artists. ..... (Deborah Magone's-Alternate Realities) ROCKS & the acoustic tunes are soulful & pretty. ..... The best CD I have received in a long, long time. " Brother Wease, 95.1FM Clear Channel Radio, Radio Hall of Fame recipient, Rochester, NY My hands on experience, understanding, & knowledge are truly advanced & unique. Between New York & California over the years I've had the great pleasure of opening up for Peter Frampton , Talas, Dakota, Shooting Star, JJ Bad Boy Jones , The Campbell Brothers & had the pleasure of playing with ; drummer Tammy Diddley (daughter of Bo Diddley), GRAMMY winner Janice Marie Johnson ( A Taste of Honey), jamming with Chris Beard , Joe Beard , Mitch Mitchell (Jimi Hendrix drummer), & Tim Bogert (Vanilla Fudge) ,Billy Talbot (Crazy Horse) among many others. I've recorded & performed with a band and/ or solo/duo acoustically throughout the United States and Ontario, Canada, I've collaborated on award winning original music with other Grammy musicians across the globe & internationally sharing album credits with amazing artists like Quincy Jones & Julian Lennon. Being of service to others in ways that bring joy into their lives . Watching my students , both young and old, grow and develop in their music skills brings a smile to their face and mine as well. Its truly a gift to have the desire & the tools to be able to express yourself through music! It's also one of the best ways to lift your spirits & maintain a healthy mindset during these challenging times. Peace .

My grandchildren (Corey and Natalie) are students of Deb and absolutely love their lessons. No one could be more pleased with the instruction she has given them and the progress they have made. Nat takes voice and sometimes Deb and her record songs they create together. Corey takes guitar and is playing Rush tunes already!!! Deb has a unique ability to communicate with the kids and they respond to her teaching techniques and always look forward to their lessons with enthusiasim. Even more important to us than her ability to communicate and teach was the fact that she is a wonderfull human being and as such a fine example for children. We are most fortunate to have her as a teacher for our grandchildren.

What a truly wonderful experience it was with every process of working with Deborah on our beautiful wedding day recently. From the preparation of our vows, where she contributed thoughts on what could be included. While ultimately allowing us to make the final decision. To choosing a perfect presentation of her words during the ceremony. She truly wanted our day to be as special and unique as possible. Her words rang strong and permeated our souls,, which will truly last a lifetime in our hearts and minds. I'd highly recommend and endorse allowing Deborah to be a part of your special day as well. You will in no way be disappointed and you'll be left with memories that will surely last a lifetime. Just as she has for us...

Recently I was able to take some much needed time for myself and made a pilgrimage to Rochester, NY from IN to visit my good friend Debora Magone. I met her in 82 while living in CA through the martial arts and we became friends there. I was able to occasionally touch base with her over the years until losing contact with her in 97 only to find her in cyberspace in 2010 and we picked up where we had left off only for me to find out that my friend had matured like a fine wine. Deborah is not only a highly regarded sensi of the martial arts, performing and recording R&B artist, music teacher, activist, and psychic ; she is also a compassionate learned sage beyond her years. She wears many hats juggling them all seamlessly while being a wife, mother of two remarkable children, and primary care giver to her aging father. During my visit I was fortunate enough to see her perform twice. The first night was for the patrons of the Italian restaurant " Pane Vino " and I was impressed to say the least, but it was at the " Bug Jar " where she really shined. Two of her young students were there joined by their parents and their parents friends recording the children's performances. Her students were phenomenal and surprisingly relaxed in an adult venue all do to Deborah's teaching and guidance. This night was also a fund raiser for " Radio Free Rochester " and I was proud to be a part of it. My friend was also kind enough to give me a reading that started with a message she got while coming to get me for lunch at " Tony D's." She shared the message as we were on one of the off ramps to downtown Rochester and I was truly taken aback by what I was hearing. I had always believed that there was something on the other side of this celestial plane and now I know there is for sure. The actual reading took place two days later in her home where she made me aware of my own innate psyche and how to listen to and apply it in the future. In short Deborah Magone is one of the finest human beings I have had the privilege of knowing. I feel truly fortunate to be counted among her friends and find comfort in knowing that she is one of mine.
