- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as discounts and fees, we offer a loyalty program to our clients with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. Also, we can guarantee you the best price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we would perform a phone consultation, followed by an in person visit at the location of the job to give an estimate. However, if an in person consultation is not convenient, we can also perform an estimate through a zoom consultation. We will then go over our cleaning checklist, as well as our contract, to ensure both parties needs have been met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are both educated and trained on proper sanitary and chemical procedures.
