Ivan is a good painter and made sure he and his crew did a thorough job. He is not very well organized however, and even less prompt. He encountered numerous personal issues during the time he was here, and unfortunately, he was not dependable about his commitments. He battled bad weather and he made it more of a problem by not showing up to work when he said he would. He’s a very nice guy and obviously wants to do a good job so it is with reluctance that I write this. He’s very cooperative and personable and a good workman, but not entirely dependable.
