- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
30 Min Drop-In Training Prices are as follows: 1 session per week - $25 2 sessions per week - $40 3 sessions per week - $55 Additional savings can be had by participating in a group session or by completeing client referals. Please contact me for more information on special offers and pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we start by building your welness profile and performing a health screning by assessing your current lifestyle. This includes a questionaire on your eating habits, and previous activities or programs you've used in order to reach past goals. This is followed by the creation of a fitness profile for the client that determines your level of fitness and provides a starting point for the next workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified as a personal trainer through the NCAA accredited National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. This certification is rigorous and includes detailed instruction on the basics of human exercise phisiology, nutrition, and exercise variable manipulation. I have tempered the certification with ample amounts of personal experience losing body fat, building lean muscle mass and improving posture through physical training.
