I spoke with Sal about an emergency repair at one of my rental properties before an upcoming inspection. Even though he was fully booked, he went out of his way to help — sharing great recommendations for other reliable pros and even offering to walk me through the repair over the phone. Within 20 minutes of hanging up, I had someone lined up to do the job (and backups, just in case!).
