FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are always a discussion, depending on the project it could be more, but very well could be less. It's usually takes at least one meeting to understand exactly the needs of the project to give a better estimation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For design matters, first and foremost is a meeting in person where we can spend time to get to know each other and talk more in depth about the project. It generally gives us a good idea if we are happy with the arrangement, can work together, and most importantly that we are on the same page when it comes to the project. Photoshoots don't require as much, a simple phone call usually suffices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Pratt Institute in NYC where I got my BFA in graphic design. After that I was working at a tech startup and afterward for Samsung.
