What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have worked for 10 years in the industry finding the best techniques, skills and strategy to each type of session I offer. I always present two pricing structures to help reach each kind of budget. Always open to discuss the meaning for the structure of my sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I always enjoy hoping on a call to gather a general idea of what they are searching for in hiring a perofessional photographer. I like to move with intention and find that conversation to be essential in the start of this important investment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I find this fact to be silly sometimes as I learned most of my trade just diving right in to the industry but I actually hold a Bachelor in Fine Arts with a concentration in Photography. I studied for 5 years at CUNY in Staten Island.
